Section 01

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and h988 ("h988", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://h988.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity — including browsing, placing bets, participating in promotions or contacting support — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if registered, close your account.

Section 02

Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the h988 Platform, created in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or equivalent incentives credited to an Account pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal of funds and, in certain cases, at the point of registration.
• "Platform" means the h988 website, mobile applications and all associated services available at https://h988.cam.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is (i) under the minimum eligible age, (ii) located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is unlawful, (iii) a current or former problem gambler subject to self-exclusion, or (iv) an employee or associate of h988 or its technology partners.
• "Real-Money Wager" means any bet or game stake funded exclusively from verified real-money Balance, excluding Bonus Funds unless bonus wagering conditions have been met.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotional offer terms.

Section 03

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on h988, you must satisfy, and continue to satisfy, all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You are not a Prohibited User as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or trustee for any third party.
4. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on h988 or any connected platform operated by h988 or its affiliates.
6. You have not previously had an Account closed by h988 for breach of these Terms.
7. You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor or immediate family member of h988 or any of its technology, software, or service providers.

h988 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds credited to the Account.

Section 04

Registration & Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and not misleading.

4.2 One Account Limit

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one Account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. h988 may close all associated accounts and void all balances, including real-money deposits, where duplicate accounts are identified. h988's determination in such matters is final.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify h988 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. h988 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security, save to the extent caused by h988's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

4.4 Account Currency

Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other currencies as made available by h988 from time to time. Once a currency is selected at registration, it cannot be changed. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are disclosed at the point of deposit or withdrawal.

Section 05

Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is made available for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may access the Platform solely for the purpose of placing bets and playing games offered through the Platform's authorised gaming catalogue.

5.2 Technical Access

You acknowledge that access to the Platform is dependent on internet connectivity and compatible hardware and software, for which h988 bears no responsibility. h988 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform and may conduct maintenance, upgrades or emergency closures as required, with or without prior notice.

5.3 Software and Automated Systems

The use of bots, scripts, crawlers, automated betting systems, artificial intelligence tools or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human control is strictly prohibited. h988 employs monitoring systems to detect such activity and reserves the right to close accounts and void winnings derived through automated means.

5.4 Collusion and Match Fixing

Any attempt to collude with other players, exploit software vulnerabilities, engage in arbitrage strategies that abuse promotional terms, or participate in match-fixing or corrupt activity in relation to any event offered on the Platform is a serious breach of these Terms. h988 cooperates with relevant integrity bodies and may report suspected match-fixing activity to appropriate authorities.

Section 06

Deposits & Payments

h988 accepts deposits via payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of deposit. Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are displayed as contextual references only. Their appearance on the Platform does not constitute endorsement, affiliation, or a confirmed payment integration with any specific provider.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. h988 prohibits deposits from third-party payment sources. Where a third-party funding source is identified, h988 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to return deposited amounts to the source method.

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice. Deposit limits set by the User under responsible gambling tools take precedence over platform maximums.

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment processor. h988 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network congestion, banking processing times or technical issues outside h988's control.

Section 07

Withdrawals & KYC

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals of real-money Balance are available only to users who have completed KYC verification to h988's satisfaction. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo identity document (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of residential address (dated within three months), and payment method verification.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

h988 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform at the point of request. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment method selected and may be subject to processing times outside h988's control. h988 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

7.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

As a general anti-money-laundering practice, h988 may require that withdrawals be processed back to the payment method used to make the original deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Any excess winnings may be withdrawn via an alternative approved method.

7.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full. h988 reserves the right to deduct any outstanding Bonus Funds from a withdrawal request where Wagering Requirements have not been met.

Section 08

Bonuses & Promotions

h988 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotional offer is available once per eligible User, household, IP address and device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account without compensation.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed using eligible games as specified in the offer. Contributions from different game types (slots, live casino, sports betting) may vary.
• h988 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any Wagering Requirements already in progress at the point of cancellation will be honoured.
• Where h988 determines that a User has abused promotional terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements, or coordinated play — h988 may void Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

Section 09

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game sessions conducted on h988 are subject to the specific rules published for each sport, event type or game category within the Platform. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or event.

9.1 Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC T20 World Cup matches, bilateral series involving Pakistan and other international tournaments — are offered subject to the sportsbook rules published within the Platform. In-play bets are accepted at h988's discretion and may be suspended without notice during live events. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.

9.2 Void Bets and Settlements

h988 reserves the right to void bets where: (a) an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; (b) odds or lines were published in error; (c) the outcome of an event is under investigation for integrity concerns; or (d) a bet was placed in contravention of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to the Account Balance at stake value only.

9.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, display error or software fault — h988 will investigate the incident using server-side logs. The outcome recorded on h988's servers shall be determinative. h988's decision in respect of disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the complaints procedure.

Section 10

Responsible Gambling

h988 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered Users within the Account settings area:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount that can be lost within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when a session reaches a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, no new deposits will be accepted and the Account will be inaccessible.

Users who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to contact our support team immediately, visit our Responsible Gambling page, or seek assistance from recognised independent support organisations.

Section 11

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the h988 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Using the Account of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any illegal source.
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes, including operating as a third-party betting agent.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit or abuse the Platform's software, systems or promotional structure.
• Engaging in abusive, offensive, discriminatory or harassing conduct toward h988 staff or other users.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxy services or other technical means.
• Any activity that constitutes or facilitates fraud, money laundering or criminal conduct under applicable law.

h988 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated balances and, where required by law, report the matter to relevant authorities.

Section 12

Intellectual Property

All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, software code, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of h988 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose as a registered User. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of h988.

Section 13

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h988 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.

h988's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by h988's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

Section 14

Suspension & Termination

14.1 Termination by h988

h988 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) h988 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory or law enforcement instruction; (c) h988 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity; or (d) h988 discontinues the Platform or a specific service.

14.2 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting h988 support. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC requirements and h988's withdrawal procedures. Accounts subject to active investigations may be held pending resolution.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, these Terms shall continue to govern any outstanding obligations, including pending withdrawal requests, bonus disputes and any claims arising prior to termination. Sections 11, 12, 13, and 15 shall survive termination indefinitely.

Section 15

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h988 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through h988's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

For users in Pakistan: nothing in this clause limits or affects your statutory rights under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law to the extent that such rights cannot be contractually excluded. However, h988 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for or legally accessible to users in Pakistan, and use of the Platform from Pakistan is at the User's own risk and legal responsibility.

Section 16

Amendments

h988 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, h988 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or prominent on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.2.

h988 operates a formal complaints procedure. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at first contact, you may escalate it to our dedicated complaints team by stating "Formal Complaint" in the subject line of your email. We aim to issue a final resolution within 14 calendar days of receiving a complete complaint submission.
